Hi, I'm Faith
My passion for health and fitness has evolved over time. It started with sports teams, to learning how to lift on my own, to becoming a personal trainer, and now to creating programs for a variety of people where bodybyfaith was born. Though the name started as a joke by my most faithful client, it soon caught on quickly. The name stuck, and I realized that my passion for health and fitness could reach so many more people by equipping them with the programs, knowledge, and accountability that they need to succeed on their own, in their own gyms, and on their own time.
